This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch and deliver your orders, our delivery options and costs, and how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled.
We deliver across the United Kingdom with Royal Mail tracked delivery. The options below are shown and confirmed at checkout before you pay:
• Royal Mail 48: £2.49. Delivered within 2 working days.
• Royal Mail 24: £4.99. Delivered the next working day.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. To start a return, log in to your CoolDose account, find your order and select Return item — a prepaid Royal Mail or Evri label is included, so you can drop your parcel at any Royal Mail or Evri collection point.
For hygiene reasons, opened pen needles, swabs and sharps bins cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 3 to 5 days after processing. Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the original purchase.
